Create Employee as an User in Odoo

Hello Odooers, Odoogig and OdooLovers,

In this Odoo Functional Tutorial, I would like to explain about how to Create Employee as an User in Odoo in detail.

While Linking employee with user it generally takes following things:

  • Add/Create New User in odoo (Check  Here)
  • Add/Create New Employee in odoo
  • Link employee with user in odoo

 

1.Add/Create New Employee in odoo

  • To create employee in odoo, First Install hr module and then navigate to Employees > Employee click create

2.Add related user in employee

  • Enter employee name, mail , working added then add related user into hr settings tab on employee screen like below

3.Auto load values from user to employee in odoo

  • If you have not added any value into name , mail and working address but if you have added only related user then odoo will bring user name, working address, mail from user to employee screen
